Custom platforms, branding & content. Built around you.

How we work

A working partnership.
From idea to launch
and beyond.

You bring the business knowledge. Eric leads the technical work and orchestrates AI-assisted development. Together, we turn a clear first scope into a platform you can use.

01

Agree on the destination.

We define your brand’s platform, first-release scope, required integrations, responsibilities and launch acceptance criteria.

02

Build in the open.

You review a working dev site. Submit feedback through Marker.io, help set priorities and test each improvement.

03

Review and launch.

We check the agreed scope and resolve launch blockers. Approved work moves to production through a controlled release.

04

Keep moving forward.

Your ongoing partnership starts at the agreed launch. Maintenance and continuing improvements keep the platform moving with your business.

A shared request queue

Always room
for the next idea.

Add requests whenever you need. We prioritize the queue with you, clarify what each request needs and work through the agreed order.

Unlimited requests means an open queue. Delivery still depends on complexity, dependencies and the priorities we agree together. Major new features and additional platforms are scoped separately.

Customer participation matters: timely decisions, useful feedback and hands-on testing are part of the partnership.

You lead the business

Context. Decisions. Feedback.

Bring your requirements, brand materials and subject-matter knowledge. Review the dev site, test your workflows and approve the agreed launch.

We lead the build

Design. Development. Delivery.

We plan the work, orchestrate AI tools, review changes and manage the release process. AI accelerates the work; technical judgment stays part of it.

The commercial model

Clear scope.
Clear commitment.

$0 upfront development

Starting around $1,000/month for a 24-month minimum ongoing service agreement, beginning at the agreed production launch.

Before work starts, your proposal defines the scope, monthly price, bundled services, ownership terms and any separate usage or third-party charges.

Each agreement covers one brand. Additional brands and substantial new platforms are scoped separately. The website is an introduction; the signed agreement defines the commitment.

Bring us the idea.
Let’s make it practical.
